Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Voxly mobile application and voxly.one website. By using Voxly, you accept these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Voxly. By creating an account you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at feedback@voxly.one if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Voxly to harass, impersonate, distribute malware, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models, scrape content, or violate applicable law. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage subscriptions in your app store settings. Refunds are issued per the policy of Apple App Store, Google Play or RuStore, plus a 14-day no-questions refund on annual plans purchased directly.

5. Content ownership

Lessons, dialogue scripts, flashcard decks, and teacher personas are owned by Voxly and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You retain rights to the flashcard decks you create yourself.

6. Third-party providers

Voxly uses third-party AI, speech and infrastructure providers to deliver the service. Their terms and policies also apply where referenced.

7. Warranty & liability

Voxly is provided "as is" without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and at voxly.one. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
